At Cat Toothpaste Shop, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue without delay.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about a product, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing the return of the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
